See us speak at BIM Show Live 2012
What is BIM?
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the future of building design. It refers to the process of generating and managing data from buildings to form a more in- depth, rounded picture of its whole lifecycle to facilitate better management. A key part of the future of BIM is its recognition as a useful and easily implemented tool which goes beyond 3D design models and into life cycle asset costing supported by digital technology. Kykloud supports the BIM framework, firstly with software technology for the gathering of detailed building details and secondly, by offering a way to access the information to improve the management of built assets and protect their future value.
We are interoperable with all types of BIM software through the IFC data format. In addition, kykloud has been accepted into the Autodesk® Developer Network (ADN) www.autodesk.com so we can develop specific tools for Autodesk BIM products. We are working on a number of "plug-in" apps for release in 2012.

Kykloud supports all elements of BIM whole life cycle costing across each of the following areas:
- Intelligent lifecycle replacement planning
- Integrated real time condition assessment
- Affordable risk based preventive maintenance
- Cost effective refurbishment options
- Reduced Energy & Carbon impacts
