Kykloud is a fast moving SaaS business providing software services into the built environment. Our Enterprise Software is used by blue chips such as G4S, Wilmott Dixon, Department of Education and the AECOM Group to manage over 20 million m2 of property in the UK alone.

We require additional developers experienced in iOS development to join some of the best developers in the industry. The successful candidates will be involved in the development of iPhone and iPad applications, as well as develop new products and features as required against our SaaS REST API.
The successful candidates will:
- Have strong programming skills with Objective-C with an understanding of C/C++, comfortable with memory management and object oriented design.
- Know and be able to implement software design patterns.
- Be familiar with iOS frameworks such as CoreData, Cocoa Touch and Grand Central Dispatch and keep up to date with current technologies and practices.
- Be knowledgeable about processes for approval and releasing of apps to the app store.
- Be comfortable designing and implementing highly usable user interfaces based on high level requirements.
- Have experience using a DCVS version control such as git or mercurial.
- Be a good communicator, able to work with product owners and other developers to understand requirements and provide high quality solutions.
- Ideally be a polyglot developer with iOS development skills with a desire to broaden into our core SaaS product written in MVC/Razor. There will be opportunity to cross train in these technologies as well as guide other developers into the ways of iOS development. Out and out iOS developers who do not wish to cross train are welcome but may still be required to pair program with less experienced developers to get them up to speed in iOS development.

Implementation & Training Consutlant

The Implementation & Training Consultant will ensure the successful delivery of multiple client implementation projects of varying sizes, in a professional, timely manner. The role includes:
- Development and maintenance of training media
- Client training typically at client sites
- Development and delivery of training and implementation programmes
- Implementation of new clients
- Management of existing client relationships
- Analysis of clients business procedures and requirements, and deployment of the solution to reflect these requirement
- Following appropriate internal practices and processes to ensure that our high standards of delivery and customer service are maintained
- Identifying and improving client service and processes
- Working in close partnership with the client to determine their key requirements and communicate these requirements back to key business functions
- Striving to retain existing clients and ensure the maximum longevity of their relationship with kykloud through proactive contact, excellent service delivery and appropriate relationship development
- Ensuring the timely provision of appropriate business information for decision making and reporting purposes
- Travel within the UK region
- Undertaking additional duties as requested by the CEO
Requirements
You will be proactive, experienced client facing consultant with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you can work unsupervised or as part of a team.
- A degree in an IT or Business discipline/ relevant work experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a client facing role
- Experience of implementing/ training software products
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Passion and drive for service excellence
Desirable
- Experience of Software, ideally SaaS
- Experience in finance, construction, facilities or property markets
- Good understanding of projects management processes
- Dealing with all levels and functions within the organisation
