Kykloud, a leading provider of mobile building surveying & asset management software has launched Kykloud ANZ.

The new venture is a partnership between Kykloud and Survey Cloud, the Melbourne based team of Milton Walters, Michael Tonov and Josh King who are the driving force behind the successful introduction of a number of software products into the region; most recently being 4Projects.

Kykloud has seen phenomenal growth in the UK, South Africa and Australia since it was founded in 2011. Its technology has disrupted a very traditional industry by bringing enterprise class mobile surveying tools and cloud based asset management software together. Kykloud uniquely provides mobile asset inspection and a fully integrated centrally hosted asset database. The collaborative web based asset management toolset enables the field collected data to be stored in the Cloud and used for QS Schedules, capital planning, life cycle asset management and forward maintenance planning, which differentiates it from ‘mobile only’ reporting solutions.

As a result Kykloud has been rapidly adopted across all main asset inspection and management sectors. Kykloud has been used to survey and manage more than 500 million sq ft (50 million sq m) in the last two years, including 6000 schools (1/3 of all schools in England) surveyed by AECOM for the UK Education Funding Agency’s “Property Data Survey”; data extracted has fed into the planning of future multi-billion pound capital build programmes.

Kykloud’s clients include 7 of the UK’s top 10 surveying firms as well as leading retailers, housing bodies, FM providers, investors, restaurant chains, water, petrochemical and rail companies. The product is uniquely customisable and is used at all asset lifecycle stages from pre-construction scoping, defect snagging, through to valuation, condition surveys, energy audits and asset verification.

We will sell, train, implement and support locally but will never deliver the survey or asset management work.”

Kykloud ANZ will be officially launched at the British Consulate in Sydney on 21st May at 4pm. Kykloud company founders together with the Kykloud ANZ team will be available to meet customers and demo the product.
