Willmott Dixon, the £1bn turnover contractor, developer and support services company is the latest major national business to sign up to kykloud’s whole life costing software. kykloud’s software is being used on a number of education projects to look at ways of minimising lifecycle costs and environmental impacts across the whole lifecycle of buildings.

Rob Lambe managing director of Willmott Dixon Re-Thinking Ltd, said:

“We are currently using kykloud’s software on four of our school building projects to fully understand the future operating costs of these buildings.  This information will allow us and our clients to coordinate future maintenance expenditure more efficiently, potentially resulting in savings in costs, effort and energy.”

kykloud continues to attract widespread interest from companies tasked with facility and asset management covering a large spectrum of asset types ranging from large-scale publicly-financed infrastructure projects to international retail portfolios, to social housing and beyond. The common theme is that all of these companies see kykloud as a real and scalable solution to more effectively manage the long term costs of their portfolios and generate efficiencies that save cost, time and energy.
